This colourful mid 19th century cottage is located a very short walk from Artists' Place and Artists' Cottage. Close to local shops and a short walk to the town centre and Convention Centre. The sitting room is equipped with two luxurious velvet sofas, SMART TV, Bluetooth enabled speakers, log burning stove, board games, books, vinyl record player. The kitchen has everything to cook a 3 course dinner. Miele oven, Neff induction hob, under counter fridge, dishwasher. Separate laundry area with washer/dryer. Capacious shower room with walk-in waterfall shower.

Outside through a green gate is the terrace area with seating for 4, chiminea and BBQ in summer months only.

The first floor takes you to two spacious bedrooms. King beds dressing table, chair, wardrobes, hair dryers in both rooms. Stairs are steep and narrow, unsuited to anyone with mobility issues or to young children Stair gates cannot be attached. We are unable to accept pets at this property.
