MEADOWS' EDGE - Sleeps 4 (2 bedrooms)

If you are looking to escape to North Yorkshire then Meadows` Edge may well be the ideal choice. Boasting superb facilities including private garden and hot tub and open plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room. There is a large feature fireplace with its wood burning stove, the solid oak floor boards and hand crafted beams and antique country furniture. Sleeping up to 4 guests in 2 twin / super king bedrooms with En suite shower rooms the cottage is suitable for family and friends alike.

BROOK COTTAGE - Sleeps 4 (2 bedrooms)

Stay in style in this beautiful cottage, with a private hot tub just a step out the door, furnished to a high standard and offering quality accommodation for up to 4 guests. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (both 2 single beds or Super king), both rooms have their own spacious en suite shower rooms and wall mounted LCD TVs. Downstairs Brock Cottage has a fully fitted and fully equipped cream painted country kitchen, with an oak table and chairs comfortably seating four. The light and airy sitting room has comfortable seating and an LCD TV / DVD player. With solid oak floors and hand crafted beams the cottage oozes character and charm offers all of the modern facilities you could possibly hope for.

MIDDLEHEAD COTTAGE - Sleeps 5 (3 bedrooms)

Detached cottage overlooking a large grassed area and the forest beyond. The Hot Tub sits at the side of the cottage being screened from view from other guests. The cottage contains a well equipped kitchen, a dining room to seat 5 people at the dining table, a lounge with duel aspect windows, containing furniture to seat 5 people, large log burner, TV/DVD On the upper floor from the central staircase (quite steep) there are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed One bedroom has one king/two singles One bedroom has one single The bathroom has a bath with an overbath shower The cottage has access to a fenced front garden and also to the courtyard from rear door. The cottage is both spacious yet cosy, has its own private hot tub outside on the enclosed decking area leading out on to it's own fenced garden area. The cottage accommodates up to 5 guests in a luxurious setting.
